Quality Manager (m/f/d)

As part of the MTM Group, with a turnover of around EUR 65 million and 45 employees, MTM Ruhrzinn is the fastest growing environmental service provider in Europe.

As a quality management specialist, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic, international and owner-managed company specialising in sustainable and legally compliant recycling services for tin and waste containing precious metals in the electronics industry. As a waste management officer in accordance with EfBV, you will assume responsibility and ensure that hazardous and non-hazardous waste is handled in compliance with the law.

Your tasks:
  • Ensuring compliance with and continuous improvement of quality standards in accordance with ISO 9001 and other relevant standards
  • Management of the operating diary
  • Preparation, optimisation, review and control of external audits and training in the area of quality management
  • Responsibility for handling hazardous and non-hazardous waste by complying with legal requirements (in particular AVV, AbfG and KrWG)
  • Checking and applying for notifications and proof of disposal for all waste transports
  • Coordination of applications and authorisations by official authorities
  • Monitoring and coordination of occupational health and safety measures as an interface between different functional areas
  • Control of quality assurance measures in connection with the associated documentation
  • Risk assessment by identifying potential hazards and safety risks
  • Collaboration with external environmental lawyers
You bring the following with you:
  • You have completed vocational training or a degree with a focus on quality management or a comparable qualification
  • Professional experience in quality management is an advantage but not a must
  • You have a sound knowledge of the applicable waste management guidelines
  • Ideally, you already have experience with material flow management and conducting audits
  • You have strong analytical skills and possess problem-solving expertise
  • You work in a proactive, structured, organised and conscientious manner
  • You are characterised by assertiveness and stress resistance

As a Junior Sales Development Manager, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic, international and owner-managed company. We specialise in sustainable and legally compliant recycling services for tin and waste containing precious metals in the electronics industry and are looking for you to expand our customer base.

Your tasks:
  • You will contribute to the growth of our company through successful lead management and innovative strategies
  • You support the acquisition of new customers from the electronics industry throughout Europe
  • You identify and evaluate customer requirements
  • Through proactive research, you recognise business opportunities on the market and always keep an eye on the competition
  • You prepare quotations and work closely with our logistics and material flow management teams
  • You provide technical advice and customer support
  • You create market and competition analyses to identify new leads
  • You will report directly and proactively to the management
